FREE Shipping in Hong Kong for orders HK$199 or above (Only applicable to general regions, else a HK$20 delivery fee will be charged).

FREE Shipping to Macau for HK$500 or above and orders at HK$680 or above for China.
FREE Shipping for all international orders of HK$680 / US$85 and above.
* All packages will be shipped by either HK Post Office or other couriers.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER  

You can make changes to your order as long as your package has not left our warehouse. Just contact us via email at info@cosmedejardin.com.

 

Order Cancellation

Our goal is handing the goods to the dispatcher or delivery company within two working days, so if you want to cancel the order without incurring additional costs, you need to email us at info@cosmedejardin.com  before the goods have been delivered. Contact us and let us cancel your order and arrange payment for you. Once your order is sent, please refuse to receive it when delivered and return it back to us. We will arrange for a refund upon the receipt of the returned goods.

 

DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

If you received a damaged parcel or the product did not match with the description, please contact us immediately at info@cosmedejardin.com 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and the link for you to check on your shipment status.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Cosme de Jardin will try our best to let your shipping experience enjoyable. If there are defects on the products received, wrong description or different from the sample, you may email us at info@cosmedejardin.com within 14 days for support.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ON SALE ITEM (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
