動作1:波比跳 (Burpees)
呢個動作混合左深蹲、掌上壓同埋跳躍一連串嘅動作,喺短時間內會將心跳率提升到將近人體最大值!
Tips:做掌上壓嘅時候記得心口要貼地面,而且最好著專業運動鞋練習先可以避免受傷害。

手臂打直,手掌撐地,將膝蓋往肚臍裡收,留意背部要挺直。

分腿站立前屈
如果你想加強小腿訓練,深蹲側開可以兼顧四肢同埋臀部脂肪燃燒。呢種扭曲亦有助消化,你會感覺到腎臟、肝臟和脾臟產生壓力,刺激身體清除廢物。然後雙腳並排站立,屈膝,蹲下,大腿同地面平行,維持動作。
然後將右肘放喺左大腿上,右手放喺左腳旁邊地板上。最後將左臂向天花板延伸,眼神集中喺舉起嘅手掌,保持五次深呼吸然後換邊。



坐姿脊柱扭轉
扭曲的嘅姿勢除左可以幫助消化,同時刺激身體消除廢物。先喺墊子上,腿放前面。彎曲兩個膝蓋,並將左腳跟接近右臀部,將右腳交叉喺左膝上。

呢個動作可以擠壓內臟、腹部,幫助消化,同時拉伸腿筋。先吸氣,彎曲右腿膝頭,將右腳掌放至左大腿內側;呼吸,雙手放到身體前側,從髖部開始向下折疊,保持脊柱的延展,慢慢將頭靠近小腿的位置,雙手可以握住腳掌幫助上身拉伸。出體式時,吸氣抬頭,雙手落喺墊子上,呼吸,雙手慢慢向後推,令上半身直立。



兩頭起
呢個姿勢可以增強背部,同時腹部同地面嘅擠壓亦會促進消化。先將手臂兩側,手掌朝上。吸氣時,抬起腿、頭同上半身離地面。然後用雙手支撐。
呼吸時,放鬆肩膀同埋臀部肌肉,保持五次呼吸。至於腿嘅位置,雙手可以握住腳掌幫助上身拉伸。出體式時,吸氣抬頭,雙手落在墊子上,再呼吸,雙手慢慢向後推讓上半身直立。

任何女生都想睇起黎有纖瘦嘅感覺,然而,即使整體黎講唔算肥胖,但只要手臂同埋上半身稍微粗壯d,就會睇起黎大成個碼。想減走手臂上嘅贅肉,當然唔能夠單靠掌上壓。好多女生都覺得做掌上壓好困難,但係其實想減走拜拜肉,「三頭肌撐體」(Triceps Dips)呢個動作有效達到目標!無論睇電視、返工、或者睡前都可以做,實用率超高,而且非常有效,想瘦手臂就馬上學起來吧!

曲臂拉伸
將右手舉起,手踭彎曲伸向背部,然後用左手壓住右手手踭,緩慢向左肩拉伸30秒,然後換左手做同樣嘅拉伸動作。

向後拉伸
起身,然後將手臂向後伸直,再慢慢向上拉伸,直位伸至最大極限,保持3-5秒再放低,重複動作10次,要注意,做動作時要保持挺胸收腹。

交叉提壓
手踭彎曲,手掌交疊,右手放下面,左手放上,然後右手向上提升,而左手要向下壓,兩手掌互相推壓,保持10秒,重覆動作三次,然後兩手上下交換位置,做3次。

雙臂支撐
站喺牆前,兩手伸直,手掌貼住牆壁,然後彎曲手踭,身體向牆靠近,手踭彎曲到一定程度後,保持3-5秒,再慢慢恢復原來嘅站姿,重覆10次左右。



後擺拉伸
攞一張椅子,一手掌撐喺椅子上,將一邊腳膝蓋彎曲並支撐喺椅子上,另一手握住一個重物,可以係礦泉水,亦可以係啞鈴,手踭彎曲90度,然後慢慢向後擺動伸直,儘量向上拉伸,注意,肩部同上臂都唔可以郁
