曲臂拉伸
將右手舉起,手踭彎曲伸向背部,然後用左手壓住右手手踭,緩慢向左肩拉伸30秒,然後換左手做同樣嘅拉伸動作。

向後拉伸
起身,然後將手臂向後伸直,再慢慢向上拉伸,直位伸至最大極限,保持3-5秒再放低,重複動作10次,要注意,做動作時要保持挺胸收腹。

交叉提壓
手踭彎曲,手掌交疊,右手放下面,左手放上,然後右手向上提升,而左手要向下壓,兩手掌互相推壓,保持10秒,重覆動作三次,然後兩手上下交換位置,做3次。

雙臂支撐
站喺牆前,兩手伸直,手掌貼住牆壁,然後彎曲手踭,身體向牆靠近,手踭彎曲到一定程度後,保持3-5秒,再慢慢恢復原來嘅站姿,重覆10次左右。



後擺拉伸
攞一張椅子,一手掌撐喺椅子上,將一邊腳膝蓋彎曲並支撐喺椅子上,另一手握住一個重物,可以係礦泉水,亦可以係啞鈴,手踭彎曲90度,然後慢慢向後擺動伸直,儘量向上拉伸,注意,肩部同上臂都唔可以郁
