1. 每晚8點前吃飯
大家都知道宵夜嘅殺傷力十分大,只要食一晚宵夜,第二日就立即會長出肉。但係大家又知唔知道幾點之後唔建議食野呢?
建議晚飯最好8點前食,因為食飯後腸胃需要3小時消化同吸收。相反如果食飯後立即訓覺,血糖值會無法充分下降,自律神經亦會容易失調。


2. 每天勤飲水
有人認為飲水飲多左會容易水腫,但係其實係唔會啱嘅。因為身體有一個很聰明嘅機制,如果缺d咩就會自動儲存d咩,因此當你飲唔夠水時,機制就會起作用,於是變相容易滯留過多水分。而多飲水會令身體有良好嘅血液循環,能有效排出有毒物質。除此之外,多飲水會令身體進行代謝作用,有效地減重。

💮如何快速瘦腿?💮

1. 冷熱水消腫法
沖涼時用熱水同冷水反復交替沖洗腿部,咁樣可以強化血管肌肉,改善腿部循環,而且消除腿部浮腫,令腿部更緊實。

2. 睡前抬腿
有時小腿粗成因係因為水腫,尤其女生大多有水腫體質。建議訓前可以做抬腿運動,上血液回流、減少腫脹,長期對腿部線條以及水腫有明顯嘅改善。一般15分鐘為最理想,視個人狀況而定有唔同。

Triceps Stretch

Place your hand on your upper back with the elbow bend towards the ceiling. Use your other hand to pull the elbow towards your head. Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds

 

Chest Stretch

Hold your arms out behind you, parallel to the floor. Hold your hands and wrists. Then stretch as much as you can to the back. Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds

 

Triceps Stretch with Chair

Position your hands shoulder-width apart on a secured bench or stable chair.

Extend your legs out in front of you. Straighten your arms, keeping a little bend in your elbows to keep tension on your triceps and off your elbow joints. Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body toward the floor until your elbows are at about a 90-degree angle. Be sure to keep your back close to the bench. Once you reach the bottom of the movement, press down into the bench to straighten your elbows, returning to the starting position. This completes one rep. Keep your shoulders down as you lower and raise your body. You can bend your legs to modify this exercise.
